Memorial Day Weekend Trip to LA

We had a great weekend in LA...drove down on Thursday and came back on Monday. Highlights of the weekend included having Eric named at Temple Menorah and attending Leia & Shane's wedding. In this picture we're at CBYC's bar and Eric is having a drink.

Happy Hollow Park & Zoo

On Tuesday Eric & I went to check out Happy Hollow Park & Zoo, located in San Jose just under 10 miles from us. Our newly-aquainted friends Laurence & Corentin joined us -- they're visiting San Jose (from France) for three months. It's a cute little entertainment destination with animal exhibits, a petting zoo, and fun houses for kids to explore. Eric is still a bit young to really get the most out of it, but he did find the monkeys rather intriguing!

Hello Springtime!

Somehow we manage to keep ourselves busy every week. We've been visiting the park a lot these days and attending our weekly playgroup on Mondays. On Tuesdays we have a music class and on Wednesdays it's swimming lessons. With naps, feedings, mealtimes and diaper changes filling in the remaining minutes...most days pass by quickly. Luckily the digital camera allows us to capture a few of these precious moments.
